Customer Care/Production Manager

Josh is the man with the plan! He plays a key role in managing our production process. What does that mean? With great attention to detail, he makes sure that each City is properly notified of work being performed by submitting the accurate information to obtain required building permits. He works closely with our 3rd party Engineer to make sure each roof is installed per building and windstorm required code, this is how we help our customers obtain a WPI-8 Certificate. He is also the one to ensure each project has the quality and quantity of materials that helps separate SSB from other competitors in the area. It is very important that projects are completed on time and within budget. Throughout the process of your project, Josh is always available to answer any questions you may have!

Sr. Project Manager 

Alisia is responsible for the overall management and execution of roofing projects, from the initial inspection until the last shingle is installed. She works closely with clients, team leaders and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. Alisia will make sure your insurance company properly documents any storm related damages to your roof, siding, gutters, fencing, interior drywall etc. She educates all clients through the insurance claim process and will help show you how to utilize our financing tool so you have ultimate spending power to protect your home! She spends 100% of her time in the field and hands on at the jobsite. Any question about different products or best practices, Alisia is your go-to! With 7 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Roofing, she's got you covered!

C.E.O/Owner

Jeremiah is the original creator of SSB! With over 30 years of experience in this industry, he shares his knowledge and ideas with his wife, Salina and the rest of the team by having created a healthy, family-oriented work culture that everyone enjoys being around.  If there is anything that another team member is unsure about or needs help with, he makes sure to clear the air of uncertainty and get everyone back on track to guarantee each client is properly taken care of. The most important thing to Jeremiah is the success of those around him. He believes the ultimate leader is nothing if he can't help change the lives of those around him. HE built this company by serving the community with great craftmanship, fair prices and always honoring his warranties. He is the first to say that in Contruction, things don't always go as smoothly as they are planned for on paper, but what matters is that we make it right and communicate efficiently to all parties involved. Jeremiah still spends majority of his time in the field with our other Project Managers and customers, which is where he would always rather be. Office Manager/Owner

Salina is Jeremiah's right hand woman. She makes sure the team always has all the tools they need to perform their job at the highest level. She makes sure the company stays up to date with product manufacturer trainings, business insurances and organizes the latest SOP's to help SSB function on the day-to-day. Salina helps to ensure each customer feels welcomed and appreciated by making sure all team members have performed their duties while paying attention to every single detail. She spends half her time in office and half her time in the field with other Project Managers and her customers which is a great balance to always have hands on insight of the flow of the company. The most important thing to Salina is that every customer gets the experience they deserve with professionalism and the peace of mind that things are always done by the book. The book her and Jeremiah created based off of integrity, trust, and quality craftmanship. She believes that sometimes things can be a bit crazy as a small business owner but its important that her and her teams customer know that they come first.
